Through strong partnerships forged with industry-leading organisations including Tier 1 construction companies working on some of the largest projects across the country, we offer high quality ‘hands on’ training and apprenticeship opportunities including our flagship Traden Certificate III in Civil Construction (RII30920) program, providing a select group of young men and women each year with full-time employment (with a starting salary of $52,000 p/a, plus super), whilst developing practical skills and knowledge towards securing their Certificate III in Civil Construction (RII30920) and additional Statements of Attainment (over $20,000 additional value per student).
At the same time, students in the Traden apprenticeship program also participate in regular physical and mental health and wellness sessions, personal development initiatives and community service work, all under the professional guidance and support of our highly passionate and qualified trainers and mentors.
Traden apprentices develop recognised qualifications with practical skills and knowledge in trade and construction industries.
